A birthday T-shirt

This gem was a freebie from my pal, Billie.

I actually like it! A simple resize would fix this right up.

I pinned this on Minnie and took it in however many inches this is…

I cut the excess material off right there on the dress form. Then I sewed the sides with a simple straight stitch.

As far as refashions go, it doesn’t get much easier than this. I thought about dying it just to make it more interesting… but black and white is a classic combo. Why complicate things?

Our Grandson (my step-grandson…) turned 7 recently. I wore this to his birthday party and was oh so comfortable.

Merrik’s mother took this picture. Her “equipment” is a lot better than mine ๐Ÿ™‚ This was indoors for crying out loud and the picture is still really good! She’s started her own photography business. This isย her Facebook page if you’re in the Midwest area and need a good photographer. Check it out.

I wish I had more pictures from the birthday bash but kids parties can be a little chaotic, if you can imagine ๐Ÿ˜‰
