Christmas Blouse (New Camera!)

It’s here, people! My new camera cord that transfers pics from my awesome new camera to my computer, is here! šŸ™‚ *cue the Hallelujah Chorus, please. As such, I’m a little behind on my posts… I apologize, but we’ll have to start with a hot little numba I wore on Christmas Day.

“Before” shot taken with my OLD, gross camera

I thought this print was super festive and would be great for a Christmas celebration with my family. There’s a really fun sequin detail around the neckline too.

I began to transform this by cutting off the unwanted elements

I had to take it in a little bit too

Ya know. Like ya do.

Finish up those raw edges from where the sleeves were removed and Voila!

NEW Camera “After” shot

At this point I was still trying to figure things out… You’ll notice I was wearing my new blouse backwards. I love a zipper front garment šŸ™‚ Also, It came with a sash that I used to cinch around my waist. I thought it turned out quite nice.

Paired with a no-sew black sweater I shall post about later šŸ˜‰

First selfie šŸ™‚
This bad boy has a fish eye lens setting! šŸ™‚ …My niece is cray cray.
Uhmazing. This camera rocks!

I know there is smiley face overload in this post, but I’m just so darn happy with my new camera I can’t contain myself! We’re half way through January now, but I have to get you all caught up with my refashions. The pictures are only better from here. I’m finding my niche šŸ˜‰
